情感联结、熟虑系统匹配干预对身体活动的促进作用

摘要:
为了考查情感联结、熟虑系统匹配干预对身体活动的促进作用,本研究从872名被试中筛选出159名身体活动不足、负性情感联结高的被试,根据被试特征与干预方式的匹配性分为4个组,分别实施4周干预,并检验干预效果。结果显示:1)情感干预匹配组的情感干预效果最佳;2)熟虑干预匹配组的熟虑干预效果最佳;3)身体活动干预效果:匹配组>不匹配组>对照组。结果表明:1)两种干预方式均能提高个体的身体活动,但匹配干预的干预效果优于不匹配干预;2)情感联结干预的剂量效应还不明确,个体对意图等的执行能力影响身体活动;3)冲动系统与熟虑系统对身体活动的控制是交互模式。
